Chris Majors, DDS
In today’s economy, dentists work harder, earn less, and wonder: Should I pay off my debt? Why am I losing staff? How much cash should I have? Should I purchase another practice? Will I ever be able to retire?
Chris Majors, DDS understands the unique challenges and demands healthcare professionals face and provides customized solutions to help them flourish in life and work.
From a 26 year old new dentist with massive debt to a seasoned dentist with a quarter century of experience, Chris has been there and knows what works.
Chris worked 23 years in full time clinical practice and built a consolidated, high performing Dental Service Organization (DSO) at 5 locations. He spearheaded mergers and acquisitions activities for 19 practices, created a pathway to partnership for associate dentists, drove year over year growth, and executed a successful exit strategy.
After selling Dental Health Partners of Kansas, Chris shifted his focus to helping clients with specialized business advisory services: customized financial strategies, practice solutions, business transition planning, valuation analysis, alternative investment options, capital funding, and coaching for high income earning professionals.
Chris graduated from the UMKC School of Dentistry (DDS, 1998) and earned a Master of Arts degree in Theology from Fuller Seminary (2019.) He has worked in a wide range of industries, including healthcare, banking, private equity, not-for-profits and universities. He is also a certified John Maxwell coach, speaker, and trainer.
